Best case scenario!
“Our case was extremely difficult, and we wanted the best, but expected the worst. Our main concern was avoiding jail time, as there was a minor accident in addition to a DUI charge. There were circumstances surrounding this situation, that did not make this a straight case, and Brian was great at making sure we approached this from every possible angle. Though it was the first offense, we were able to get accepted into a program which will allow the case to be dismissed.
